Fuerteventura increases 41,1 % the number of flights come to the island

Fuerteventura's island received last February 41,1 per cent more of landings of plane in his airport that in the same month of the previous year, and 57,5 per cent more if the number is compared with 2009, informed the insular Chapter in a communiqué.
 Last month there came a total of 1013 flights to The Bushes, 295 more than in the same month of 2010, since 718 came, and an increase of 370 with regard to 2009, since during this year, in February, 643 landed in total.

Hereby, an analysis for issuing countries of the flights entered Fuerteventura last month reveals that the majority of they was coming from some German airport, since 353 flights landed in the island from Germany, which in percentage terms means an increase of 17,4 per cent with regard to February, 2010.
 It follows United Kingdom, from where they detached 193 planes with course to Fuerteventura, who is translated in an increase of 41,9 year-on-year per cent (136 flights in 2010), but that reaches a difference of +91,1 per cent if the comparative one carries out with the year 2009 (101 flights in 2009).

For your part, the Spanish market places thirdly, reaching the number of 100 flights sent to Fuerteventura during last month, being 93 in 2010 and 96 in 2009.
 On the other hand, the percentage increase of countries stands out considerably as Italy, which in February, 2010 took to the island 16 flights, and last month they were 58, which supposes an increase of 262,5 per cent. A similar increase takes place with regard to the Polish market, which grows 225 per cent, since he sent to the island 26 flights last month, opposite to the 8 that he sent so much in the same month of 2010 as of 2009.

France, produced in Fuerteventura 62 total landings, 55 per cent more than the February of last year (40 flights in 2010) and more of the double that the previous year (29 flights in 2009), with an increase of 113,8 per cent.
 Other countries that during last month experienced an important year-on-year increase were Ireland (+141,7 %), Finland (+75 %), Belgium (+72,7 %), Sweden (+70,8 %), and Holland (+36 %).
